Product introduction:
HW pump is horizontal,single stage,single suction,vortex shell mixed-flow pump
Suitable for conveying clean water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties similar to water.
The temperature of the liquid should not be higher than 50℃
Widely used in farmland irrigation and drainage,industrial and urban water supply and drainage.
horizontal HW Mixed-flow pump characteristics:
1.HW pump mainly consist of pump cover,impeller,pump body,pump shaft,shaft sleeve and bearing body(diameter ≤350mm) or bearing frame(diameter ≥400mm）and other main parts
2.The pump cover is connected with the pump body and the inlet pipe respectively.There should be proper clearance between pump cover plane and impeller plane.Too small clearance will produce friction,too large will lead a large number of pressure water backflow in pump body,reducing the efficiency of the pump.The appropriate clearance for actual use is 0.3-0.7mm(push the pump shaft to the inlet of the pump),and the clearance can be adjusted by increasing or decreasing the thickness of the paper pad.
3.The shaft seal device consists of packing,packing gland,packing ring and seasoning box on the pump body(150HW and 20HW pumps without packing ring).Its role is to prevent the air from entering pump and prevent excessive water flowing from the pump along the shaft.

2.the control cabinet should indicate the starting manner(directly start,self-coupling step-down start,soft start,frequency conversion start,etc.) and level control manner(float level,pressure transformer digital display level). Installation manner(indoor,outdoor)
3.if a terminal box is needed ,pls indicate whether it is control type or linear type.
4.the normal suply length of the submersible cross-flow pump cable is 8meters,if there is a special demand,pls specify.
